Well, you need to click on the TrayIcon to minimize the Window. Bitmessage does not minimize using a keyboard shortcut for closing the window. I always close my windows with a shortcut. Would be a great feature.

This bugged me too. Every time I closed the window, I expected that it was minimized, but the whole program exited. This enhancement would be great for "dumb people" like me. Alt+F4 is mostly integrated in the most Linux distributions and Windows (on Mac it is CMD + Q). Hopefully this feature will be implemented.
