Expect the Ascendancy dropdown to exist.

Not familiar with the project codebase, but seems likely related to recent changes to src/Modules/Build.lua from #9557

How to reproduce the issue

1. Open PoB
2. Create new build or open existing build
3. See that the Ascendancy dropdown no longer exists in the UI

We removed the dropdowns because you can directly click on ascendancy nodes instead. All the same functionality is there, but we're talking internally about whether to keep this change or not, so let us know if this impacts you further than familiarity.

Okay, thanks for the reply. After you said that, the new behavior now seems obvious, but at the time, it didn't dawn on me as I've always used that dropdown. I don't have a strong opinion on the UX either way, but I would humbly suggest that future intentional changes like this be added to the changelog so they aren't mistaken for bugs. Cheers!
