Hi! Sorry for not replying to your request sooner.

I tried to build the timescaledb_toolkit extension and added it to downloadable extensions: https://postgresapp.com/extensions/

I'm not sure if it's still useful for you, but it would be nice if you could try it and let me know if it works! I don't use the extension myself, so we have to rely on customer feedback to hear if it works.
