Deployment: Update automation scripts

We currently have automation deployment scripts for staging and production, but recent updates to the instances and their migration under the Kaapi VPC have changed parts of the setup process.

• Update the deployment scripts to reflect the new setup
• Test the updated scripts thoroughly to ensure proper functionality

Describe the current behavior

• We already have automation deployment scripts for both staging and production. A few days ago, we updated the instances and moved them under the Kaapi VPC, which also changed parts of the setup process.

Describe the enhancement you'd like

• We need to update the deployment scripts according to the new setup and test them properly to ensure everything works as expected.
