After creating a tier one oregin, placed 2 blocks from a naturally reinforced iron ore, the ore gin was powered with 5 redstone. The oregin broke all 5 blocks in its path in one break, including the naturally reinforced iron ore. The server was updated afterwards with the new Machine Factory plugin.
The second test of the oregin after server reset produced the same results, breaking another iron ore in 1 break.
The oregin was then tested a third time. It was placed facing a privately reinforced block. The oregin was powered and when encountering the privately reinforced block, it skipped it, causing no breaks. It then broke the unreinforced blocks behind it as usual.
