Notification System

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is I will need to notify users of things such as users inviting them to a room, requesting them to be a friend, etc...

Describe the solution you'd like
I want a notification page (less used) and a drop down from the header with a list of notifications and the ability for users to respond to those actions.

Steps:

• Design notification page
• Notifications can have arbitrarily defined actions
• Design notification drop down
• Handle action responses

Actions to implement

• Inviting users to a room
• Requesting them to be a friend
• Friends logging on
