Missing parent pom for openep

Hi, 
I see entries within openep POMs as - 
<parent>
        <artifactId>tm-parent</artifactId>
        <groupId>com.marand.thinkmed</groupId>
        <version>2.1.3.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
        <relativePath>../tm-parent/pom.xml</relativePath>
    </parent>

but this parent pom is missing so project can't be build.
