Krayin webforms have lot of work to be done!
Webforms allow very few fields and only persons fields. They allow organizations fields, but not in the right way. I will explain better below.
I would like to have a webform were I could ask for lead fields, person fields, organization fields and oportunities fields. Not only the fields that are standard to Krayin, but also fields that I have created.
For example, I would like to ask for VAT number of the company to avoid duplication of entities. So, I have created that custom field. However, I cannot insert it on webforms... Do not forget that a company can have different people with different email addresses and this can lead to duplication of organizations. If one person says that his company is ACME Inc and another says that is ACME.
If I insert an organization field in the webform, it will show a dropdown field to allow to select an organization. This is unuseful for new customers and, worse, shows all our customers to third parties (that can be our competition)!
The logo of the webform should be of my company, not Krayin. People want to ask things to my company, not to Krayin! The only way that I have to change this is to upload a logo of my company with the name of the Krayin logo.
