[Suggestion] Add a block tag for all sky lanterns

A friend was trying to add all sky lanterns to a floating tag for C:Aero, but found out that there's only an item tag, not a block tag for them

A common trend across my mods. I updated that on FD 1.3 recently, so I can do the same on BB on the next patch.
