This PR is failing for a real dependency conflict. typescript-eslint@8.57.2 still requires typescript < 6.0.0, but this update group bumps TypeScript to ^6.0.2. npm install fails with ERESOLVE in CI, so this should not be merged as-is. The fix is to keep TypeScript on the latest 5.x line for now and either split the PR or wait until the ESLint toolchain supports TS6.
