Problem
Per Skript's release policy, the next feature release only supports Minecraft versions from the last stable version released 18 months prior to when the feature is to be released.
Currently, the dev/feature branch does not reflect this, resulting in PRs having to accommodate the versions that will be removed in order for tests to pass.
Solution
Remove the json environment files before 1.21.4 and from the action lists.
