Revisiting Copper Age mappings

There was a brief discussion on Discord about the copper_golem_statue and how it was an iron_block in the GUI and copper_block in-world. I proposed a change to cut copper and tackled the copper chest as well.

• Switched it all to cut_copper, which has been around since 1.17.
  • This lets you see the waxing and scraping particles, and color changes in-world.
• Added the copper_chest as a block.
  • This shows the open-close animation in-game. Adding it here, I wasn't sure what else it might impact, so please review.
• Updated copper_chest sounds to similar metallic sounds
  • User has a better way of telling which kind of chest they just opened.
