Ditto has done a bunch of commits to support WebXDC https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Asoapbox-pub%2Fditto++webxdc&type=commits

So I thought I'd add them to the webxdc website. I used a photo of the app itself since they don't have a huge hi rez logo image publicly available.

could you provide a quick tutorial how one can, after signup to ditto, add/start a webxdc app?

also, could you maybe tag one of the ditto developers here?

@derekross might be the right person to tag here now. I think most Ditto development is happening outside GitHub now.

After account creation, you see the left sidebar? Click the “more button” and you’ll see webxdc in that list.

Thanks for tagging me. Let's tag @alexgleason as he's the developer that added webxdc to Ditto. Here's the SVG image if needed. https://ditto.pub/logo.svg and thank you for adding us!

👋 Ditto developer here

Check out https://ditto.pub/webxdc

After you sign in you can upload a .xdc file from that page and it will show up in feeds

What's cool about this implementation is that it's a decentralized social network. webxdc files you post will be visible in the feeds of people who follow you, and people can play directly in the feed.

I also submitted a proposal to the Nostr Protocol itself to specify how webxdc should work in this public setting: nostr-protocol/nips#2230
